To rent a storage unit, you can contact us by phone at 790 6070 or send an email to geymt@geymt.is, and we will help you find the right unit for your needs. Interested customers are also welcome to visit us on-site to view the different unit sizes available. We recommend calling in advance to ensure we are on-site.

Lease agreements are completed electronically, and tenants can rent a storage unit the same day. The process is quick and easy. Once the agreement is finalized, we will provide you with an access code. You then secure your storage unit using your own padlock.

How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?

The cost of renting a storage unit depends on its size and location. Prices start from ISK 8.394 per month

What payment options are available?

Tenants can pay the rent by credit card or through online banking.

How long can you rent storage for?

Rents are for full months from the date of move-in.
We offer discounts if the tenant signs a binding contract for 6 or 12 months.

Is access available 24/7?

At Miðhraun 4, access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At Stálhella, access is available daily between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Is there a security system in the storage facility?

Our storage facilities are equipped with various security systems, including access control and security cameras in the corridors. The setup varies between Stálhella and Miðhraun and between floors. If you would like more information about the security equipment at a specific facility, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

It is important to note that insurance for stored items is not included in the rental. We therefore recommend that you check with your insurance company whether your home or business insurance covers items stored with us, or whether a separate insurance policy is needed.
